Because the ADMU GS and HS had a half-day schedule today, as usual, it was really traffic inside (and along Katipunan too) Ateneo at 12:30 NN. The worst part was that it had started raining again, and I didn't want to get "stranded" in school just like what had happened to some of my friends last Friday (a 30 minute ride from school going home has lasted 6 hours because of the heavy traffic buildup in the Ateneo, UP and Miriam area) so I had to drive fast and carefully at the same time.

Here's one happy thought though. So far, Ateneo hasn't lost a game for this UAAP season. The game yesterday was good [Ateneo vs. UP], but the sad thing was Larry Fonacier had incurred an injury (from what I have heard, he now has ACL), and with that kind of injury I'm not sure if he can play for the rest of the season. :(

I just had my ES 10 Long Exam a while ago and I couldn't really judge if it was hard or easy. I think it's not hard, or easy, it's just tricky. Memorizing the terms wouldn't get you anywhere with the type of exam Dr. Perez gives, but I felt alright afterwards, I'm not really too nervous with the results. She checks tests fast so I think on Wednesday I'll be getting to see the results. Mrs. Santos has promised us (for the nth time) that she would finally be giving us back the results of the tests and quizzes we have had during Filipino on Wednesday, and she's giving Friday as a free cut! (yay!)

I got an update from the ASEC about the "buddy system" that they would be having for the next set of exchange students coming from Macau, Stanford and Nanzan University. There are six Japanese students, and I've been given the priviledge to be the "buddy" of one of them. Erys signed up for both Nanzan and Stanford, but since she is going to be a buddy of a Stanford student already, she wasn't given the opportunity to be one of those for Nanzan. She was given a slot for the ones coming from Macau. The students from Nanzan University (which is in Nagoya, Japan) would be coming in on August 1, and they'll be staying in Ateneo until the end of August. I'm looking forward to meet who my buddy will be :)
